Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window for unopened Australian Creams products with the seal intact. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Please contact us at gday@australiancreams.co.uk to initiate a return.
2. Packaging: Carefully repackage the unopened product, ensuring the seal remains intact.
3. Shipping: Ship the product back to us at the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and confirm the product is unused, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Note:

• We cannot accept returns on used or opened creams.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
